Sharon W. Lovoy, SPHR::
Has over 25 years experience in the field of Human Resources Management and Development. She managed HR departments and has had her consulting practice since 1991.
She has attended Harvard’s School of Mediation and holds other certifications such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, “Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High ™ ,” and “Influencer: The Power to Change Anything™.” She won the Teaching Excellence Award from the College of Continuing Studies at the University of Alabama.
She authored a chapter in a book, Building a Successful Consulting Practice, entitled: "You are Known by the Company You Keep," now in its third printing.Has over 250 clients including: • Mercedes Benz USI• ADTRAN• The Southern Company• American Cast Iron Pipe Company• Alagasco• The University of Alabama• UAB Health System
